POSITION TITLE:

Maintenance Planning / Scheduling Manager

DESCRIPTION:

The Maintenance Planning/Scheduling Manager is accountable for the overall development, communication, planning and scheduling of plant wide maintenance activities. The incumbent will chair weekly scheduling and priority meetings, drive planned work compliance, manage resources to ensure adequate supply of repairable spare parts, manage the preventative maintenance program and manage the CMMS system and improvements. This position will report to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager.

SUMMARY OF REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field or 2 year technical degree and commensurate experience

5-10 years of maintenance management experience

Excellent planning, project management and communication skills required

Significant expertise with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - preferably Maximo

Lean manufacturing and/or six sigma experience a plus
