POSITION TITLE:

Inside Sales Representative

DESCRIPTION:

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is the Company’s contact with our customers for the sale of aluminum sheet and plate products. The ISR is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, quotes, orders, changes and other requests, communicating directly with the customers and provide accurately and timely information regarding the sale of our product, work closely with our planning ,technical, manufacturing and marketing team to facilitate the accurate placement of orders and communication with customers.

SUMMARY OF REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 2 year degree and commensurate experience

3 years of inside sales, sales or appropriate customer service experience

Excellent oral and written communication

Demonstrated customer service skills

Excellent PC Skills

Lean manufacturing and/or six sigma experience a plus
